How do I place an order?

We ship worldwide, everywhere around the world.

How much does shipping cost?
Free, we cover the shipping cost.

How long will delivery take?
It takes around 4 weeks for custom made items before delivery. We will keep you posted about your items status and you will receive tracking number when your items are ready to ship.

RETURNS
May I return your items?
Since our items are custom made, we suppose you will love your item. However, if you are not happy if your items, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in its original condition.

How do I return your items?
Contact us and we will send you a return form to use for the return items. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, you may ship with the carrier of your choice and please make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected if it is stolen or loss during delivery to us. We will arrange refund after we receive the item, shipping & handling charge will be deducted from your refund per item.
